Barton’s plan for the Energy and Commerce committee includes repealing Obamacare, reforming entitlement programs, and reining in power grabs by the EPA, the FCC and other government agencies. Barton appears to be a free market advocate and his outline shows preparation and a willingness to change from business as usual.
