Indicted Abortion Provider is Connected to Eric Holder’s Wife

“We call on the Congress to investigate the relationship of Holder and his family to the abortion industry. If Eric Holder is turning a blind eye to fraud and corruption while family members profit from the industry that exploits vulnerable women, he is unfit to serve as head of the Department of Justice.”

Christian Newswire/ — There is a question in Georgia of how an indicted abortion provider, Tyrone Cecil Malloy, MD, is doing business. Members of the National Black Prolife Coalition and Eagle Watch, an abortion watchdog organization, were researching the legal basis that enables him to perform second trimester abortions. While researching the matter, Catherine Davis, a founding core member of the Black Prolife Coalition, and Michelle Wolven of Eagle Watch discovered a peculiar entry in the tax records. The property at 6210 Old National Hwy is not owned by abortionist Tyrone Malloy. Tax records revealed that it is owned by the wife of United States Attorney General Eric Holder, Dr. Sharon Malone, and her sister Marjorie Malone Tuckson of Minneapolis.

“This matter rises to the level of being egregious because the Attorney General is charged with upholding the laws of the land,” said Catherine Davis, President of the Restoration Project. “Yet, he has not investigated or prosecuted one abortion provider for taking taxpayer money illegally. We can only wonder if he is turning a blind eye because his family profits from this industry.”

“I am outraged that the Attorney General of the United States initiated a campaign to identify and prosecute Medicaid fraud but has not prosecuted one abortion provider charged with Medicaid fraud. He has, however, actively pursued federal charges against peaceful pro-lifers under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act. In one case, the charges have been thrown out for lack of evidence, and the Justice Department has been ordered to repay court costs. Clearly, the Attorney General’s family’s involvement in abortion is a conflict of interest,” said Michelle Wolven of Eagle Watch.

Pastor Stephen Broden of Fairpark Bible Church in Dallas, Texas agrees: “It is clear that Atty. Gen. Holder needs to recuse himself of any legal actions connected with the issue of abortion in light of this revelation. The evidence certainly renders him inappropriate to do otherwise.”

Walter B. Hoye II, President and Founder of the Issues4Life Foundation, is outraged. “In July of this year, Planned Parenthood of Central Illinois demonstrated both criminal negligence and depraved indifference to the life of young Tonya Reaves when they left her bleeding for more than five hours after a botched abortion. This same facility was being examined for fraudulently billing Medicaid for millions of dollars. The U.S. Attorney General’s lack of enforcement of the laws allows Planned Parenthood to not only get away with murder, but to get away with it while stealing from taxpayers,” he said.

Dean Nelson, Chairman of the Frederick Douglass Foundation, wants the conflict removed. “We call on the Congress to investigate the relationship of Holder and his family to the abortion industry. If Eric Holder is turning a blind eye to fraud and corruption while family members profit from the industry that exploits vulnerable women, he is unfit to serve as head of the Department of Justice.”
