Bachmann – Romney tie in NJ and NC bodes well for conservatives in 2012
GOP voters are fleeing politics as usual as they get behind the defacto third party candidacy of Michele Bachmann. To many conservatives Romney represents another polished, slippery politician who will say or do anything to get elected. While Bachmann is in a virtual dead heat with Romney at 23-22, the more conservative candidates garner a total of 58% of the votes.

After increasing the debt by over 60% in six years Pelosi agrees with the Communist Chinese that to stop more borrowed spending is “dangerous” and ” irresponsible.” “Republicans have taken us to the brink of economic chaos,” House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi said. China’s state-run news agency Xinhua criticized U.S. lawmakers for flirting with a disastrous default, saying the world’s largest economy has been “kidnapped” by “dangerously irresponsible” politics.

The Obama administration continues to block drilling where it can but Texas, North Dakota and Pennsylvania have an energy boom resulting in thousands of jobs and billions in new tax revenues. Wherever the federal government manages higher percentages of land oil industry jobs have been reduced dramatically. The only thing standing in the way of expanding US production is the federal government.
