Obama tries to buy Arkansas votes with $630 million

Obama promised Sen. Blanche Lincoln aid to farmers who lost crops in Arkansas. Was that for her yes vote on Obamacare? The USDA has avoided normal congressional approval of disaster aid and taken the $630 million from funds often used to supplement school nutrition programs according to an AP story.
