Ten states, Washington, D.C., and the Virgin Islands are all seeking waivers exempting them from complying with the new law — the Move Act — that requires all states to mail absentee ballots to overseas military voters 45 days before Election Day.

When you put this with the New Black Panther voter intimidation case where the DOJ did little about militant Black Panthers in military style uniforms and one holding a night stick blatantly intimidating voters you see a pattern of corruption in using the DOJ as another tool to win elections. Don’t forget the Obama campaign also gave $800,000 to the supposed nonpartisan group ACORN for election help.

In another outright theft action, the Obama Department of Injustice is doling out money to leftists groups that help promote the Obama agenda. Byron York at Washington Examiner has the story.

In a statement, five Republican and independent commission members — describing themselves as “conservative-leaning colleagues” — took issue with comments by Commission Vice Chairman Abigail Thernstrom, also a Republican appointee, who called the New Black Panther Party probe “politically motivated.”

The brief concludes: “Congress has plenary authority to regulate aliens. Congress has continuously encouraged states to assist in enforcing federal immigration law. S.B. 1070 is consistent with that intent.”

Suggestions to highlight quotes from the U.S. Constitution or Bill of Rights or quotes from the Founders, the Federalist Papers or prominent American jurists were quickly shot down by the Department of Justice’s media and new media teams, according to DOJ sources familiar with the design process, and the White House communications shop was given input to the overall design as well.

By former FEC Commissioner Hans A. von Spakovsky: “I can confirm a number of facts stated by Mr. Adams in his testimony before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights about the voter intimidation lawsuit filed against the New Black Panther Party and several individual defendants.”

Turns out to be direct ties between NAACP and the New Black Panther case at the Department of Injustice.

Coincidence? There seems to be a lot of coincidences with this administration.
