Those who lament a likely Democrat win in Delaware in November don’t understand the ferocity of ordinary citizens’ anger at the way the “political class” has been destroying America.

Veteran political analyst Dick Morris tells Newsmax that the Republicans’ chances of retaking the Senate and the House are getting better with each passing day. And Sarah Palin is clearly now the “most popular” Republican and possibly the presidential candidate to beat for 2012.

A new Web site targeting the tea parties is a part of a complex network of money flowing from the mountainous coffers of the country’s biggest labor unions and trickling slowly into political slush funds for Democratic activists.

1. There are a lot of voters out there who agree with us. Poll after poll shows that conservatives make up the largest voting bloc in America. It’s high time we conservatives actually believed it.

2. There is no substitute, absolutely none, for personal, grassroots involvement in campaigns. Too many of us want to just “mail in” our support. That way, none of our neighbors will know that we are actually (gasp!) conservative. Go back and reread #1. There’s a good chance your neighbors are conservatives, too.

The question now is whether will they become organized enough to form a lasting counterweight to the online liberal activists—from Moveon.org to blogs such as Daily Kos—who have coalesced in recent years to help propel Democrats, including President Obama, into office.

We want a government worthy of the fine Americans that it serves. And we’re going to keep spreading that message one convention, one town hall, one speech and one election at a time.
