Radical environmentalists and their allies have launched an all-out attack on “climate deniers” – scientists and other experts who do not accept the Gore-Hansen-IPCC doctrine of “catastrophic manmade global warming and climate change.” The attack is a desperate, pathetic attempt to resurrect their quest for global governance, by scaring people into believing our planet and civilization are imperiled by carbon dioxide emissions.

“The Future We Want” Rio+20 Earth Summit should have been named “The Future We Dread” since freedom loving Americans and free market supporters have been pushing back against the destructive march of controlling environmentalists against private property, prosperity, economic development, and sovereignty.

“Rio+20” is trying to shift attention to “biodiversity” and alleged threats to plant and animal species, as the new “greatest threat” facing Planet Earth. This rebranding is “by design,” according to conference organizers, who say sustainable development and biodiversity is an “easier sell” these days than climate change: a simpler path to advance the same radical goals.

The book is a classic example of bogus science combined with deliberate lies to frighten people. That has always been the modus operendi of the environmental movement.

We’d all be better off if these ridiculous attacks on conventional and biotech (and organic) foods were simply thrown out with the garbage.

Patrick Moore, co-founder of the environmental organization Greenpeace, isn’t too hot about global warming. Appearing on Fox Business Network with Stuart Varney on Thursday, he said global warming is a “natural phenomenon,” there’s no proof of man-made global warming, and suggested that “alarmism” is driving politicians to create bad environmental policies. He also said he’s not the only environmentalist that believes like he does. Moore is the author of the book, “Confessions of a Greenpeace Dropout: The Making of a Sensible Environmentalist,” in which he exposes the green movement and explains why he left the organization. While talking with Varney, he explained that departure was in part due to the group’s “extremist positions” and it being hijacked by political and social causes of the left.

Last week, I reported the news that the U.S. based Tides Foundation is funding Canadian environmentalists who are trying to shut down Alberta’s oil sands industry.

The American Express Foundation funds many left wing groups and causes that are diametrically opposed to conservative principles and values. The list includes Planned Parenthood, La Raza, Greenpeace, NOW, and The National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy which has ties to the Tides Foundation, the Tides Center, George Soros, the Pew Trusts and the Rockefeller Foundation.

Algoreaholics continue to push the myth that human actions can ‘save the planet’ while greenies make millions from all the green scams.

Still not being told in the US propaganda media, the UN’s climate report continues to be exposed as fraudulent with a global political agenda.
