The FCC’s push to takeover the internet, Net Neutrality, has had help from Marxist media group Free Press led by University of Illinois professor Robert McChesney. The Daily Caller reports that McChesney’s group has been hiding its own lobbying efforts while complaining about FCC closed door meetings with opponents of the plan.

The FCC said Verizon and Google are still part of meetings between senior staff and officials at AT&T, Skype, a cable trade association and the Open Internet Coalition. Public interest groups criticized the meetings and the rumored agreement between Verizon and Google for allowing giant Internet firms to have a greater say in the future of how consumers access the Web.

With all of the takeovers of various aspects of society by the Obama administration, none are as perilous as the one takeover we could be on the brink of—namely the First Amendment.

In a continuing push to control the information available to the public on crucial issues, a Soros linked group mockingly named Free Press headed by leftist radical Robert McChesney has enlisted Harmony Institute to help the entertainment industry get a positive message out about the government controlling the internet in the FCC scheme called Net Neutrality.

With Obama’s statements of ‘too much information’ being confusing and bad for democracy, and FCC’s Mark Lloyd praising Hugo Chavez’s ‘democratic revolution’, the FCC’s urgency to control the internet takes on ominous tones.
