Obama’s labor department tells defense contractor’s to break the law and not send out notice of layoffs that will happen due to the budget cuts until AFTER the election. Even though there is a law that says 60 days notice must be given for layoffs it would be embarrassing and possibly damaging to Obama’s claims of “jobs focus.” But laws mean nothing to this administration as they continue to do as they please in ignoring laws that they don’t like and making new ones by executive order or regulations when they can’t get them passed in congress.

Now the disastrous Fast and Furious gun smuggling operation by the ATF makes sense. We were one of the first sites to accuse Holder and the Obama administration of using the operation as political cover for its anti-gun policies.

The Holder led In-Justice Department dropped the charges even though the Panthers did not even show up in court. Sources within the DOJ claimed that the race was the motive for dropping the charges and that the Holder DOJ has a racial bias.

These factors, combined with station siting issues, have led to a spurious doubling of U.S. mean temperature trends in the 30 year data period covered by the study from 1979 – 2008.

Stories of voting fraud are shocking, and states have been taking action to make sure that elections are secure. But the Justice Department, led by Attorney General Eric Holder, has blocked states at almost every turn.

Obama’s first term is frequently compared to the devastation of Jimmy Carter’s first and only term. It left Carter a rejected, embittered man, frequently critical of those who succeeded him.

Saying the security leaks from the White House are dangerous, Romney tells veterans a special prosecutor should be called to investigate. Don’t Holder your breath for that. We’ve seen what happened with the gun scandal Fast and Furious and the Solyndra bankruptcy.
