If Greece leaves the euro it will set a very dangerous precedent. The moment Greece exits the euro, investors all over the globe will be asking the following question: “Who is next?” Portugal, Italy and Spain would all see bond yields soar and they would all likely experience runs on their banks. Government has doubled since 2001 – Sen. Coburn
“We’re spending twice as much money as we did in 2001. If you go back 15 years our deficit this year is bigger than what our entire budget was. Using Earth’s blessings to better mankind and planet

This would be devastating to the fragile economic recovery, and to every American still looking for work. Combined with the expiration of temporary payroll tax relief, the United States faces what has now been labeled “taxmageddon”—a fiscal headwind so strong that it threatens a swift return to recession. – The Wall Street Journal
Two Kinds of Austerity – Growth and Anti-growth
“Europe raised taxes by almost $9 for every $1 in actual spending cuts.” This approach to austerity, also known in the United States as the “balanced approach,” has unfortunately proven a recipe for disaster.
The “Dakota Model” of Job Creation – It Works!
North Dakota’s economic success goes beyond its energy sector. The state’s pro-business climate gets some of the credit for the impressive job growth over the last five years. Whatever North Dakota is doing, it’s working, and the state should be a nationwide model.
