Obama used Spain’s green initiative as a blueprint for how the United States should use federal funds to stimulate the economy. Obama’s economic stimulus package allocated billions of dollars to the green jobs industry.

Ener1 joins Solyndra and a host of other failed ‘green” companies that received taxpayer funding and praise from the administration before going bankrupt. Instead of “green” it should be called “brown” because its flushing taxpayer money down the toilet.

Obama’s anti-energy policies have had a chilling on oil and gas production on federal lands. Not surprising considering his energy secretary is infamous for having said “Somehow we have to figure out a way to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe” which were above $7 a gallon at the time.

Calling congress’ bluff on the Keystone XL pipeline Obama has said no because 60 days is not enough time for a new environmental impact study. The answer was always no. Congress just forced him to say it before the election.

Like his debt commission Obama’s jobs council will be ignored because it does not fit his ideological game plan for redistribution and more government control.

We ARE engaged in a great civil war, a war to determine if our great Republic will survive as a nation of FREE people or become slaves to a debt ridden socialist oligarchy. Will we be a nation of liberty, a nation of equal opportunity, a nation of self-reliance and self responsibility?

Or will we become a nation of dependent parasites living off the fruits of our fellow citizens’ labors by the force of a tyrannical nanny state?

Some foolish Americans voted for hope and change in 2008. What they got was false hope and change for the worse. Let’s not let it happen again.

Are they related? Two different surveys show one third of Americans fear an Obama reelection and two thirds fear an economic collapse.

While Obama delays the American oil pipeline and drilling for domestic oil the threats from Iran are expected to drive up the price of gasoline and oil. Thank an environmentalist wacko and Obama for $5 gas.
