Patrick Gaspard, Executive Director of the DNC, has written a letter on DNC letterhead suggesting to FCC licensed TV stations that they violate federal law, and refuse to run Presidential Candidate Randall Terry’s anti-Obama campaign ads.

West says Bob Beckel of The Five owes him an apology. Beckel slammed West for his comments about Obama, Reid and Pelosi taking their government dependent philosophy and “get the hell out” of America.

Team Romney has spent over $17 million bashing Gingrich. Newt has only had a littler over $5 million to respond. Despite Romney’s massive ad campaign the non-Romney vote is 52% to 41.6 for Romney.

He said the president isn’t being truthful ( same as lying) about the coming fiscal train wreck. “We need a new president.” “The president and his party leaders are out on the left standing on the sidelines looking in. So what we clearly need is a new White house and a new senate.”

In a surprise announcement at the Palm Beach County Republican dinner Cain said the “state of the union is not good … a crisis of leadership in the White House … I hereby officially and enthusiastically endorse Newt Gingrich.” said Cain. He also quoted usACTIONnews.com’s headline quote from Edmund Burke “All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.” “We are going to do something.” said Cain.

But this whole thing isn’t really about Newt Gingrich vs. Mitt Romney. It is about the GOP establishment vs. the Tea Party grassroots and independent Americans who are sick of the politics of personal destruction used now by both parties’ operatives with a complicit media egging it on. In fact, the establishment has been just as dismissive of Ron Paul and Rick Santorum.
