Son of President Ronald Reagan and conservative talk show host Michael Reagan calls Gingrich the Reagan conservative in the race and Romney the Rockefeller Republican. Michael also points out that Ronald Reagan often fought his own people to get things done and that Gingrich was responsible for the GOP majority. The fight for the soul of the GOP has been going on for years. It’s time it became the Guardians of the People not the Rockefellers.

Bravo Rick. But CNN is firmly in Obama’s camp. They want to hide the issues and destroy Republicans. They think all Republicans are heartless, bigoted, homophobic racists who bitterly cling to their guns and Bibles, want to pollute the air, want dirty water and don’t believe in global warming.

The gloves are off. The false fronts have been discarded, and we have come face-to-face with the ultimate goal of the Progressive agenda.

Newt literally promised the moon to a Cocoa, FL town hall in what is known as the Space Coast region surrounding the Kennedy Space Center and Patrick Air Force base. Gingrich says that by the end of his second term there will be an American base on the moon. The region has been hard hit like the rest of Florida but was given a second blow by Obama’s closing of the space program at the Kennedy Center.

Grandiosity, denial, and revisionism are all noted indulgences of the political breed. That’s why we should always be skeptical of their words and pity the partisan lemmings who mindlessly parrot their rhetoric.

Obama’s anti-energy policies have had a chilling on oil and gas production on federal lands. Not surprising considering his energy secretary is infamous for having said “Somehow we have to figure out a way to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe” which were above $7 a gallon at the time.

We are living in extraordinary times. The American people are truly afraid of what kind of future we are bequeathing to the next generation.
