“The Democratic Party has become dangerously infected with the Marxism virus. I recognize the symptoms because I once lived through them” … warning of an unprecedented “alliance” between the Democratic Party and the Communist Party, reflected in the CPUSA’s endorsement of Barack Obama for president in 2008 and the party’s continued support for Democratic Party policies. But is this warning going to be too hot to handle for the media? And the Republicans?

Obama can no longer blame former President Bush for his failures, cannot blame events in Europe, and cannot blame Mother Nature. He has only himself to blame. Voters from the Left to the Right know this.

All of this demonstrates the fact that the talk about Obama and socialism goes far beyond philosophical or ideological questions about one’s economic ideas. This is not just an academic discussion. The term “socialism” is associated with organizations, some benign but some openly hostile to the United States.

Best case, we could look back on the Great Recession as the era when Americans finally wised up and got the government OUT of the private economy. The Obama era might come to be known as America’s “hitting bottom,” kind of like a drug addict on his final binge of self-destruction before stopping for good.

What we are experiencing today is not normal change. This is a top down revolution that is designed to transform America into a social democracy.

Obama awarded the [] Medal of Freedom on Tuesday to Dolores Huerta, an 82-year-old labor activist and co-founder of the United Farm Workers union. .. also an honorary chair of the Democratic Socialists of America. .. “the largest socialist organization in the United States, and the principal U.S. affiliate of the Socialist International.”

Increasingly, commentators have begun to describe Obama in psychological terms ranging from pathological narcissist to megalomaniac. The evidence is there for anyone who cares to examine it.
