Republicans Blast ‘Livable Communities’ Bill As Washington-Based Central Planning for Cities and Towns

‘Sustainable development’, ‘smart growth’ and ‘livable communities’ is all based on UN Agenda 21 which is a way to usurp property rights and constitutional rights. Local officials, at the behest of state or federal government, revise zoning laws to fit into a “smart code” zoning template. A massive reshuffling of property rights ensues.
