Spend more and add more to the debt is still the Obama solution to the failing economy. If it didn’t work in the first three and a half years should we try it again? As a senator Obama called spending and debt (which was less than his) irresponsible and unpatriotic. What changed?

In one of his few honest moments Obama said if the economy didn’t improve his presidency would be “a one term proposition.” Now as the economy slides he desperately blames Bush (still), Europe, headwinds, and Republicans. The truth is that his core policies have harmed the economy and continue to kill jobs, raise energy costs and limit business expansion.

Dodging his record on jobs, record debt increases and historically high deficits Obama talks about paying down the long term debt when there hasn’t been a budget in over three years.

Obama continues to whine that the wrecked economy is not his fault. The record breaking debt incurred in his first term is not his fault. The slow economy is not his fault. The record deficit spending is not his fault. Waaa, waaa, waaa – call the waaambulance. Krauthammer points out that it’s all “false” (lies) and says there should be a statute of limitations on whining.
