In typical dictatorial fashion, Obama has crawfished on the anti-czar provision negotiated in the budget deal. Even though Obama opposed presidential signing statements as unconstitutional he used that to renege on the provision which defunded his infamous czars. One of the most notable was his “green jobs” czar self proclaimed communist Van Jones.
