British MEP Daniel Hannan explodes the myth of central government stimulus spending. If printing government money out of thin air worked why not just give everyone a few hundred million dollars and we’d all be rich. We could pay 50% in taxes, there would be no debt, no need for welfare and and everyone could buy whatever they want. This is the ultimate lunacy of Keynesian deficit spending.

A fiscal collapse is now inevitable. Despite his past rhetoric about irresponsible debt, Obama has no plan nor even the desire to curb spending and reduce debt. The debt death spiral is only a few years away from consuming all revenues the government takes in. Taxing everyone 100% will not solve the problem. Obama does not even recognize that there is a spending problem. His Marxist ideology blinds him to reality. Math is too hard for him. Meanwhile we are being crushed between the millstones of taxation and inflation.

Only the rich will pay for all the goodies I give you promises Obama. Yet everyone pays in rapidly rising costs for food, energy, building materials, healthcare and all goods and services. When the answer to insurmountable debt is creating money out of thin air the existing money becomes worth less and less and consequently buys less and less.

GOP now means Gutless Orwellian Pretenders. Over $16 TRILLION in debt increasing by $5 BILLION a day and and our looney leaders continue to steal from our children and grandchildren and allow EVERYONE to be taxed by rising prices caused by our devalued money.

The masses have been programmed and conditioned to love their debt servitude and yearn for more debt to fix an economic system that collapsed due to excessive debt. The cadre of ruling elite are obliging by creating debt at hyperspeed levels.

Obama is not conflicted. If it takes a dictatorship to give us what he deems “morality” requires — then so be it. Of course, we won’t call it a dictatorship. Dictators never do.

The latest GOP offer essentially ignores Washington’s real problem — spending — and puts a $1 trillion tax hike on the table. It’s so bad that conservatives are now left with only one unfortunate alternative …

Until there is a fundamental change in the White House’s substantive positioning, however, the best tactical option for deficit hawks may be to walk away from the bargaining table.
