Obama, like many of our politicians, is a con man. .. Anyone applying for a decent job or trying to get into a decent school would have been required to disclose more background information than Barack Obama has revealed to the American people. .. Obama will someday be regarded as one of the greatest con men of all time.

We are borrowing from future generations to buy votes now. There is just not enough money to give everyone what they want or what they are told they “deserve.” Those that believe we can just continue to create more money out of thin air should wonder why we don’t just give everyone a trillion dollars and we’d all be rich. Reality just doesn’t work that way.

Canadian Mark Steyn sought the great American dream only to find we “have adopted the policies that have brought the rest of the world to ruin.” … “When the takers are able to out vote the makers, you are a nation in steep decline. and in this case it’s one thing to talk about the redistribution of wealth but we are actually redistributing form the future to the present. We are borrowing money that is yet to be earned by generations yet to be born in order to bribe people with the Obama phones and all the rest right here and now in the present tense. That’s very immoral apart from anything else.”

The president’s unceasing class-warfare rhetoric was rewarded by the electorate, as were his attacks on profits, the private sector, the wealthy, banking and investment, and the oil and natural gas industry. .. That is a tragedy, the levels of which we will not be able to appreciate.

Taxmageddon will be the largest tax increase EVER to hit Americans. It’s nearly $500 billion in one year, starting January 1. That’s two months away.

Lack of jobs, high unemployment, record food stamp use, shrinking labor force, out of control debt, declining incomes, skyrocketing energy rates, global embarrassment, killing coal industry, nationalizing healthcare .. reality rears its ugly head. Will America vote for national suicide?

If you want to know where America under Obama is heading, one need only look at California, a state so besotted by Progressive politics that it is on the verge of financial collapse after having driven out thousands of its citizens to other states and countless companies, large and small, that existed there. Those who remain are choking to death on taxes and insane environmental mandates.

Obama hasn’t met with his jobs council since January and now a member admits that Obama doesn’t even join regular conference calls. Obama never cared about jobs. The “jobs council” was all for show, a stage prop in the production of Obama’s play “Fundamental Transformation of America Into a Socialist Welfare State.”

Fracking could turn the United States into the world’s #1 oil producer within just a few more years, while helping to generate millions of jobs and billions in local, state and federal revenues. It devastates the Obama/environmentalist mantra that we are running out of oil and gas, and makes wind, solar and biofuel “alternatives” increasingly uncompetitive, risky and unable to justify the billions of taxpayer dollars required to subsidize them.
