The current depression has not only changed the kind of jobs that people take but is changing the American character from self-reliance to dependence on government.

If we elect one guy over the other our economy might decline at a slightly different pace. But in the end both political parties are taking us to the exact same place. Down the toilet.

Maybe there is a chance to switch from the certainty of near term collapse to the promise of at least a few more stations and a few more track changes before we hit the wall.

Since he cannot defend his record on jobs and has himself previously suggested that he should not be reelected if he fails to fix the economy in his first term, his only option at this point is to distract and obfuscate as much as possible. Hence his manufactured “war on women” – a tactic based upon the assumption that subsidized birth control and the legal ability to destroy their progeny at will are the single most important issues to American women.

Stifling free speech and political debate by using political correctness and unfounded accusations of racism are the favorite tools of the progressive movement. Every facet of the American way of life is under attack by the fringe in power.

It is understood that politicians often do not tell the truth, but anyone who votes for Barack Obama is voting for the worst liar to have ever held the office of President and for a party that has imposed more debt on voters in four years than all previous Presidents combined.
