The bill allows seizure of business without judicial review and allows the government to look at all transactions even private ones. The Treasury department will have authority to bailout, seize or guarantee debt without judicial or congressional oversight. Call your lawmaker and tell them to say no to this dangerous bill.

The socialist welfare model of government demonstrated with acclaim in Europe and promoted in the US by Obama, Reid, Pelosi and the Democrats is doomed to fail. It has never worked anywhere and it won’t work here.

But who really believes Eric Holder who passed on the Black Panther voter intimidation case, calls Arizona immigration law unconstitutional without even reading it and mirandizes terrorists will do anything that might make this administration look bad.

Will the National Guard be stationed right on the line, with bullets in their guns and the authority to defend themselves? Almost certainly not. The border is a “combat zone,” says T.J. Bonner, head of the Border patrol agents’ union, too dangerous even for Border Patrol.
