Dollar falls to 15-year low against Japanese yen, trades at low 83-yen level
TOKYO — The U.S. dollar sank to a new 15-year low against the yen on Wednesday as investors continued to buy the Japanese currency as a safe haven for their money amid uncertainty about the global economic recovery.
