The nanny state is a nice term for tyranny even if it is ‘soft’ tyranny. Since we are so ‘human’ we need elitists like Obama and Cass Sunstein to control us.

Sunstein is not a socialist depending on how you define socialist or what the meaning of is is.

The constitution is irrelevant to Sunstein, Obama and the Democrats. Maybe we can make the constitution whatever we want it to be.
