According to a confidential cable WikiLeaks filtered by the government of Evo Morales simulated a terrorist plot to blame UnoAmerica.

The fraudulent scheme is identical to that used by Chavez to jail later UnoAmerica President, Alejandro Pena Esclusa.

On April 29, 2009, the U.S. Embassy sent a cable, identified by the number 204 756, which ensures that the Bolivian government put together a fake plot to “assassinate” President Evo Morales and then blame their opponents, including the Union of American Democratic Organizations, UnoAmerica.

WikiLeaks reveals that the U.S. Embassy informed Washington about the plot of the Bolivian government regarding the existence of an alleged terrorist cell led by a foreigner named Rozsa, the official media, including Bolpress-attempted to link with UnoAmerica, without presenting any evidence.

The U.S. Embassy says Rozsa and his companions were hired by the Bolivian intelligence services to set up a fake terrorist plot and then justify the persecution against leaders of Santa Cruz, opposition to the government stronghold.  According to the cable, the secret service planted false evidence to justify its release.

The cable WikiLealks filtered by reports that the Bolivian government disqualifies UnoAmerica, saying that it is a “right-wing organization, dependent on American institutions such as USAID and the National Endowment Foundation (NED).”

In July 2010, the Venezuelan government followed exactly the same script, invented a story about an alleged terrorist cell led by a foreigner named Chavez Abarca, who, according to the government intended to assassinate Hugo Chavez.  Official media-including VTV-UnoAmerica involved the President, Alejandro Peña Esclusa, with this plot, without presenting any evidence.  Chávez Abarca was immediately sent to Cuba, so he could not be questioned. Previously, the channels of state launched a vicious campaign of vilification against Peña Flood.

On 12 July, a command of 20 armed men entered the house illegally Peña Gate, planted false evidence on the desktop of his daughter eight years, and took him to the dungeons of the political police, where he is locked up to date.

UnoAmerica A spokesman said: “WikiLeaks revelations show that the governments of Bolivia and Venezuela use the same dirty operations, designed by the Cuban G2, to neutralize their adversaries illegally. These new signs should be sufficient to exonerate Peña Lock of any wrongdoing. “

The case against Peña Lock is plagued with irregularities, including: five officers involved in the raid without a warrant, the case was assigned to finger, were denied the right to defense, the judge publicly condemned the accused before trial, and so on.
