Christie explains the Supreme Court decision requiring New Jersey to spend $500 million more that it does not have on specific failing school districts even though those districts already get a disproportionate share of funding.  “I don’t know when the Supreme Court is going to finally abandon the idea that if you just continue to throw more money at this problem that we’re going to fix it.”
