Judge Napolitano: Pelosi debt statement shows “ignorance”

Pelosi said if she were president she would ignore congress and the law and raise the debt ceiling on her own. This is the kind of lunacy we have running the country! Have they all gone power mad? Do they think they are kings and queens? How in the world do thinking people keep sending this nut back to congress?

If printing government money out of thin air worked why not just give everyone a few hundred million dollars and we’d all be rich. We could pay 50% in taxes, there would be no debt, no need for welfare and and everyone could buy whatever they want. This is the ultimate lunacy of Keynesian deficit spending.

Sadly this is the thinking of half the country that has no understanding of money or economics. Their dupe in chief is Obama who has no concept of debt or economics. He is blinded in Marxist ideology that only seeks to take wealth from anyone who has it and give it to others to buy votes and remain in command and control.

Obama, Reid and Pelosi stole $5 TRILLION dollars from our children and grandchildren to finance their radical leftist agenda. What do we have to show for it? Record numbers of Americans are on food stamps and other government handouts. Record low numbers of people are working. A world record of national debt that will suck up all government revenues in ten years.

America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better.” – Barack Obama

Is this the same man who as president has had record trillion dollar deficits EVERY YEAR? The same president who can’t get his own Democrat controlled senate to pass a budget as required by law? The same president who increased the national debt more than all previous presidents combined?

Obama’s own administration has warned that the debt is the greatest threat to our national security. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told the Council on Foreign Relations that our national debt is a national security risk echoing previous statements by Joint Chiefs Chairman Admiral Mullen, head of U.S. intelligence – Dennis Blair, and all of America’s intelligence agencies. Yet Obama refuses to address it.

The Congressional Budget Office estimates that with Obama remaining in office, the national debt by the time he leaves in 2017 will be about $18.4 trillion. Population will rise about 9 million over the same period. The debt per person will be about $57,000 at the end of an Obama second term, a 67% increase in just eight years.
