They double count, slowed increase in spending is a cut, debt is meaningless, they can’t understand what $5 TRILLION is, “invest” means spend taxpayer money on unions, “renewable energy” means renewing campaign supporters contributions with taxpayer money, saving Medicare means cutting over $700 BILLION, cutting healthcare costs means spending over $1.8 TRILLION dollars we don’t have, they don’t know what “budget” means since they haven’t passed one in over three years.
