One of the biggest scams in America, now known as the American Power Act, will make some very rich and keep you broke.

Not that the environmentalists are the only ones to blame. Not by far. But it is odd that they’ve escaped any mention at all.

A just-released report assembled by the nonpartisan Peterson Institute for International Economics confirms my long-held contention: The pending climate change bill, now known as the American Power Act, will be an economic bust for America by killing jobs and raising prices for virtually everything.

Even though there are zero benefits to the environment, Obama and the Democrats continue to push the cap and trade plan now known as the American Power Act to artificially increase energy rates as a tax to redistribute money to big corporate political supporters and the Democrat voting base.

“Global warming is over — at least for a few decades,” Don Easterbrook, emeritus professor of geology at Western Washington University, told the gathering. “However, the bad news is that global cooling is even more harmful to humans than global warming, and a cause for greater concern.”

With the recent introduction of new Senate cap and trade legislation, ultraliberal supporters Barbara Boxer, John Kerry, Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama and others have now completely abandoned that doctrine in their quest to establish global warming dogma as the official, established religion of the United States.

Contrary to the commonly held scientific conclusion that the Earth is getting warmer, Dr. Don Easterbrook, emeritus professor of geology at Western Washington University and author of more than 150 peer-reviewed papers, has unveiled evidence for his prediction that global cooling is coming soon.
