CommentsWhat is the worst cost of the Fed? It has made the federal government, no matter how big it gets, beyond failure. This is the ultimate moral hazard. It has puffed up the leviathan state beyond anything that should ever exist in the world. It’s not taxes that have done this. It is the Fed. In this way, it has made itself the ultimate enemy of freedom itself. And as goes freedom, so goes human rights.

Obama’s anti-energy policies have had a chilling on oil and gas production on federal lands. Not surprising considering his energy secretary is infamous for having said “Somehow we have to figure out a way to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe” which were above $7 a gallon at the time.

Michael also points out that Ronald Reagan often fought his own people to get things done and that Gingrich was responsible for the GOP majority. The fight for the soul of the GOP has been going on for years. It’s time it became the Guardians of the People not the Rockefellers.
CommentsGov. McDonnell points out that you have already paid income tax on the money you invest. If that investment makes a gain it is taxed as capital gains. Obama believes capital gains taxes should be higher to reflect “fairness” even if the revenues to the government would be lower which has been shown to be the case over time.
CommentsIranian MP Hossein Ebrahimi says not only will Iran close the strait of Hormuz to stop the flow of the world’s oil but that the entire Persian Gulf would become a graveyard if the West tries to stop Iran’s oil exports with its sanctions. The European Union recently agreed to ban oil imports from Iran to try to ge them to halt their nuclear weapon program.
CommentsBravo Rick. But CNN is firmly in Obama’s camp. They want to hide the issues and destroy Republicans. They think all Republicans are heartless, bigoted, homophobic racists who bitterly cling to their guns and Bibles, want to pollute the air, want dirty water and don’t believe in global warming.
