I am tired of hearing the pundits talk about “what Hispanics believe,” and “what Hispanics want.” Why do they insist on boxing everybody into little groups? Marco Rubio called it a strategy of “Divide and Conquer.” I agree.

There are those Americans who think our society is an “unjust” society. They are usually the brain washed, trust fund beneficiaries, who have never had to live under the “socially-just” utopian societies they so desire. They’ve never had to be subjected to the indignities of communism in Cuba, Russia, North Korea, Iran, and other dictatorships they consider “paradise.”

With Obama in office, we’re going down the tubes for sure. We may well go down anyway with Romney, and Romney is no radical for capitalism (i.e. freedom) and individual rights. Radical U-turns in economic policy are what’s required to truly save America. But if there’s any time left to buy, perhaps Romney could buy it. – Capitalism Magazine

Leftist, “redistribute-the-wealth” types are generally guilt-ridden people who feel they don’t deserve (and, therefore, you and I don’t deserve) to live better than others.

It is important to spread the idea that tyrannies will inevitably lead to enslavement of people even if they are now showing some largesse and claim to speak for the poor. A tyranny will end up hurting the poor and the hungry as it has come to pass in Cuba …
