Rep. Mike Pence on the House floor gives reasons to support the balanced budget amendment. The rapidly growing %15 TRILLION debt should be a wake up call for all in congress and especially all Americans who are being crippled by this debt exploding burden.

Freshman Republican Rep. Mike Kelly, gathering with a group of his first-term House colleagues, demanded that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and the Democrat-controlled Senate “get off their rear ends” and pass a budget. The group of GOP House freshmen called this a “basic legislative responsibility” that Reid has ignored for 888 days.

Instead of hope we get hopelessness. The change we get is record numbers of people on food stamps, squandering of America’s wealth and wiping out of retirement and savings by spending caused inflation. Jeb Bush makes the point to Neil Cavuto.

[H]andouts already cost $522 billion per year before Obama took office. He increased this giant amount to $697 billion per year in the first half of his term, and now half of Americans depend for their living expenses in whole or in part on government handouts paid by the other half who pay income taxes.

They have chosen a form of Kevorkian economics, managed suicide for the host economy. Unlike Kevorkian, they intend to keep the host alive as long as possible enabling them to maximize their time in the trough.
