America’s string-along -and-dither policy on a free-trade pact with Colombia is not only costing U.S. firms; it’s exacting a strategic price. China is now exploiting the void with a dry canal at a strategic choke point.

Nigel Farage, a Member of the European Parliament and leader of the UK Independence Party says the whole idea of the Eurozone was a failure from the very beginning. In Brussels, Eurozone finance ministers are meeting to discuss whether to boost the EU bailout fund which was only set up last year. Belgium’s Finance Minister wants the pot doubled to 1.5 TRILLION Euro. Some believe China is buying European bonds as a gold play.

In effect, Obama has sold out his country to every special interest group opposed to resource development and economic growth. Sadly, Americans will be paying for price for this administration’s enslavement to these special interests for decades to come.

Two recent episodes offer an insight into a world in which the United States deliberately adopts a policy of pursuing international peace despite weakness, rather than practice what Ronald Reagan called “peace through strength.”

As China’s puppet it is not hard to figure where they are getting the technology for ICBM’s. China is using North Korea as its surrogate to embroil the US without seeming to be involved. The critical missile guidance technology was released to China by the Clinton administration possibly in return for so much campaign help. Now it can make its way into Iran via North Korea.

Some people foolishly call our relationship with China “free trade.” But there is nothing free or fair about it; it is trade war between an aggressively protectionist Communist government and a U.S. that is shackled by foolish and out-of-date illusions about free trade.
