A former ATF agent with ties to the White House has been told not to testify before the House committee investigating the gun smuggling scandal in which the Justice Department allowed guns to be sold to straw buyers and then to Mexican drug cartels resulting in the death of a US border agent and hundreds of Mexican citizens.
