Rep. Chaffetz is challenged on Fox News about Holder stonewalling on the gun scandal Fast and Furious. Chaffetz says Holder is hiding the information until after the election.

Sounding thoroughly disgusted with the partisanship in the Attorney General’s office, Krauthammer describes the real reason for trumped up charges in the Arizona immigration lawsuit, the Texas voter ID case, stonewalling in the ATF gun scandal and the attempt to prosecute Hispanic George Zimmerman with a hate crime. Maybe it’s time for the AG to be an elected office instead of a political arm of the president. Can you imagine a Chris Christie as AG going after corrupt politicians on both sides of the isle?

Covered up for over a year by AG Eric holder, the Fast and Furious gun scandal should be an embarrassment to the country says Chaffetz. The congressional committee investigating the scandal has given Holder until Memorial Day to supply requested documents or be held in contempt. The DOJ has provided only 10% of the documents available and many have been so redacted as to be meaningless. The Obama White House is also complicit in the coverup bu refusing to allow the testimony of a key witness with ties to the White House.

Obama’s media sympathizers continue their silence on the administration’s refusal to cooperate with the House committee investigating the administration’s politically motivated gun smuggling operation known as Fast and Furious.

Katie Pavlich’s new book Fast and Furious chronicles the gun scandal set up by the Obama administration as political cover for bypassing congress with executive orders to establish gun control. The disastrous scheme turned bloody when the guns allowed to be smuggled by the DOJ turned up at the murder scene of a U.S. border agent and in the deaths of hundreds of Mexican citizens.

Obama’s White House continues to prevent a key witness from testifying about the ATF gun scandal. A former ATF agent with ties to the White House has been told not to testify before the House committee investigating the gun smuggling scandal in which the Justice Department allowed guns to be sold to straw buyers and then to Mexican drug cartels resulting in the death of a US border agent and hundreds of Mexican citizens.

So, who should we believe? Corrupt ATF managers who have denied gunwalking since day one of the Fast and Furious investigation, or brave whistleblowers who have put their personal lives and careers on the line to get the truth to the American people? – Townhall

Fourteen months since Border Patrol agent Brian Terry was killed by weapons from the ATF gun scandal. The Justice Department has provided only 8% of the documents requested by the Congressional Oversight committee investigating the scandal. Many of the documents they have provided are so redacted that they provide nothing.

Eric Holder is threatened with contempt of congress as he continues to withhold documents pertaining to the Mexican gun smuggling scandal known as Fast and Furious which has led to the death of one American and many Mexicans.
