What an oily web we weave when we practice to deceive. Obama claims we’re drilling everywhere then says if we were drilling more we’d still be importing terrorist oil. A group of energy company CEO’s sent him a letter saying his words were different than his actions. When will stop believing what he says and look at what he does?

The “Obama Energy Gap” — the glaring discrepancy between the president’s rhetorical support for Republicans’ ‘all-of-the-above’ energy policy, and his failed energy record that has driven up gas prices and cost American jobs is highlighted by speaker Boehner. As President Obama visits Cushing, Oklahoma today in a desperate attempt to claim credit for expediting the southern leg of the Keystone XL pipeline, Speaker Boehner noted that President Obama has rejected and personally lobbied against the pipeline, and that there’s only one permit requiring his approval — the one he is currently blocking to facilitate the flow of Canadian and American energy to U.S. refineries. Boehner uses a graphic illustration so even Democrat socialists can understand.

Obama had the audacity to pressure Democrat senators to block approval of the Keystone XL pipeline which would provide millions of barrels of Canadian oil to the US and create thousands of real jobs. Obama seems to be doing everything he can to kill jobs and drive up gas prices. Not surprising when you remember his anti-energy secretary is infamous for saying the US needs to find a way to have higher gas prices like those in Europe. Obama himself warned in 2008 that under his plans energy rates would “necessarily skyrocket.” Look at what they do not what they say.

Rising gas prices have put Obama’s anti-energy administration in the headlines and given GOP candidates a reason to turn their fire on him. Trying to look like he is doing SOMETHING Obama capitulates on a part of the pipeline even though that part will not get any Canadian oil to the US. – Washington Times

83% higher gas prices since Obama took office. Obama has said he is ok with higher gas prices as long as its a gradual increase. His anti-energy secretary Chu is famous for having said the US needs to have higher gas prices like in Europe.

Frustrated with Obama’s job destroying decision to kill the Keystone XL pipeline Rep. Kristi Noem (R-SD) talks with Neil Cavuto about a House bill to override the president and allow the pipeline. She knows there is no hope of such a bill passing in the senate. It probably would blocked from a vote by Harry Reid.

“Well, we fought and won World War II in less time than it’s taken so far to evaluate this project,” Barton said. “I mean, with all due respect, it is an insult to the American people to say that you need more time.”

Obama’s anti-energy policies have had a chilling on oil and gas production on federal lands. Not surprising considering his energy secretary is infamous for having said “Somehow we have to figure out a way to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe” which were above $7 a gallon at the time.

We may not be united behind one candidate. However, we are awake. We are educating ourselves. We are determined that this great experiment in human freedom shall not perish from the face of the earth. Vote for the Constitution. Vote for personal liberty. Vote for economic freedom. If we all do what we can do we will accomplish what must be done.
