Growing level of debt increases risk of financial crisis says CBO

“A growing level of federal debt would also increase the probability of a sudden fiscal crisis, during which investors would lose confidence in the government’s ability to manage its budget, and the government would thereby lose its ability to borrow at affordable rates. The word about the economy is not ‘uncertainty’ its ‘scary’

The word ‘uncertainty’ keeps coming up as a reason why businesses don’t invest and take risk to create jobs. We have two 2,000 plus page bills now that we had to pass ‘to see what they do’.
