Judge Napolitano on Airport Security and The Constitution
The 4th amendment to the constitution clearly prohibits searches without a ‘reasonable’ cause which has been litigated to mean a court issued search warrant must be obtained prior to a search. Do we really want to give that up to in lieu of profiling?

DHS thought police block ‘controversial’ opinion web sites – porn ok?
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is blocking certain websites from the federal agency’s computers, including halting access by staffers to any Internet pages that contain a “controversial opinion,” according to an internal email obtained by CBS News.
