Fact checking should be a process reflected in every article or story. The problem is that these stories don’t have any traction in the broadcast media, and thus, are largely ignored.

The Nobel Peace Prize winner has brought us to the brink of war in the Middle East with the terrorist state of Iran inevitably getting nuclear weapons. Obama has made us extremely vulnerable to Middle East oil by doing all he can to stop energy production in America and killing the Keystone pipeline which would have brought Canadian oil to the US.

Do Only Dumb People Believe in Government?

As anyone who reads this site knows, I am not a fan of government, certainly not as it exists today. Thus, my collection undoubtedly suffers from “selection bias.” Even so, the number and uniformity of the negative quotes overwhelmed me.

While Greece continues to inch its way towards a deal with its EU partners, the creditors of a much-larger debtor, the US government, appear to be untroubled. Ten-year Treasury bonds still yield just 2%. But the issue of how the US addresses its long-term fiscal problems is, as yet, unresolved.
