Stupid TSA prank should remind everyone: good thing they’re not unionized

January 22, 2010 06:30

You may have read about the Philadelphia TSA worker who scared the hell out of an unuspecting 22-year-old passenger by planting a bag of white powder in her carry-on bag.

Luckily, he’s already been fired.

But if TSA was unionized, as President Obama has hinted he wants, then this worker would still be drawing a paycheck, probably awaiting litigation over whether TSA can even punish him.

What makes you think they can’t protect employees’ right to have a little fun on the job at the airport, too? By: David Freddoso Washington Examiner
