Although AP announced that Mayor Bloomberg and the teachers have made a “deal” to reassign rubber room teachers to “administrative” or “nonclassroom” work, all that means is that they won’t be in one room and they will have more freedom while they do nothing and cost New York over $40 MILLION a year!
