A Palestinian man has been arrested in the West Bank after police say he murdered his pregnant wife because an ultrasound showed she was carrying a girl.
Palestinian police said abrasions indicate the man choked his wife to death as she struggled to fight back Wednesday night, YnetNews.com reported.
Family members said the suspect, who has three sons and one daughter, was jealous of his brother who has nine sons and wanted another one of his own, the website reported.
