Five years after Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans, both Republican and Democrat officials in Louisiana agree that the Obama administration’s moratorium on deepwater oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico is now that state’s biggest problem. In fact, it was the biggest concern voiced to President Obama Sunday during his speech marking the fifth anniversary of the disaster.
