Make no mistake. It is the underlying philosophy of socialist Democrats that gave us subprime lending , toxic assets, bankrupt Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and blocked attempts to regulate Fannie and Freddie.  It is their continuing polices of spending unfathomable amounts of money to buy votes and pay off unions for campaign support that is bankrupting the nation.
