Rep. Jim Moran (D-VA-08) made these disgraceful comments at the Arlington County Democratic Committee meeting on October 6, 2010. He says his opponent, Patrick Murray has “not performed any kind of public service.” Murray is a retired U.S. Army Colonel who served for 24 years, including deployment to Baghdad in 2007.
