BLM changes signs in Arizona after publicity by Gov Brewer and others

A few months ago, Governor Brewer pointed out the signs in the Arizona desert that warned of active human and drug smuggling. Now, just a few months later, these signs have been changed and now boast an “Active Enforcement Area.” Well, that’s less scary!
