Indiana is moving ahead with strong AZ-style legislation to require checks of immigration status of those arrested, tough penalties for employers who knowingly hire illegals, and mandating English-Only for all state gov’t documents. Prospects for passage are more favorable than ever since the GOP has taken over the House, where Democrats have stymied such legislation for years.
