Both Obama and Biden have vehemently stated that the president does not have the authority to take military action in a case like Syria. Biden even said it was an impeachable offense. Now that Obama has numerous scandals exposing his tyranny, what’s one more flagrant violation of the constitution when there is no accountability?

In 2007 then-Senator Obama loudly declared that “The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.”

Cruz wants the GOP to throw it back in his face and argue that the government will be funded except for Obamacare and that it is Obama and the socialist Dems who want to shut down the government to save the biggest job killing bill in the country.
