Conservatives and libertarians must join together to defeat the progressive enemy. If we fail to come together around the cause of economic freedom, then we will have ourselves to blame when, late on November 6, 2012, we sit drained and demoralized after witnessing the reelection of America’s worst president and congress, an event which will give progressives the opportunity to finish the process of wealth destruction which entered the endgame phase on January 20, 2009.

The problem with the “states’ rights” approach is that doesn’t prevent the federal government, especially via the courts, from stepping in, as it has before, when it deems states to be “discriminating” against its own citizens.

The grassroots Tea Party that swept the 2010 elections and made Boehner Speaker clearly want an end to an ever-increasing debt. Yet every plan of the perpetually-re-elected Republicans merely slows the growth of the debt they do not reduce the debt.

Almost all of our TV “news” shows are unacknowledged, unchallenged, and unopposed Far Left to Moderate Left, pro-Big Government apologists.

The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), now up for reauthorization, is in major need of revision. Its billion-dollar-a-year price tag spent by the radical feminists to pursue their ideology and goals (known as feminist pork) make it an embarrassment to Members of Congress who voted for it.

At no other time in human history has it been more important for people to see through the deceit of dirty politics, depend on themselves and to stand their ground.

Just because those in the Middle East have the outward appearance of modernity, it is an illusion. This is a region of the world dominated by a warrior cult called Islam. As such it will remain an enemy of the West and of each other. It is a huge horror show.

Even after fudging numbers and ignoring the huge subsidies, a liberal think tank reports that growth in the alternative-energy sector lags the rest of the economy. – IBD Editorials

Americans are still suffering from Carter’s incompetence and weakness, and thirty years from now, today’s younger generations of Americans will be paying the price for Obama’s efforts to destroy the nation’s economy.

Unfortunately, the court of public opinion is expanding into a stupid-is-as-stupid-does joke. And it has a president and gang of thieves in the United States government to represent it.
