As long as the federal government is actively managing the economy, information about what it is planning to do will be an important factor in the investment decisions of members of Congress, congressional staffers, and hedge funds that have paid people to glean this information from Congress. The STOCK Act won’t affect these incentives.

Obama’s White House continues to prevent a key witness from testifying about the ATF gun scandal. A former ATF agent with ties to the White House has been told not to testify before the House committee investigating the gun smuggling scandal in which the Justice Department allowed guns to be sold to straw buyers and then to Mexican drug cartels resulting in the death of a US border agent and hundreds of Mexican citizens.

The $5 billion would create about 722 permanent jobs at almost $7 million per job but make millions for Harry Reid campaign donors.

Obama lies again blaming his failed half a billion dollar Solyndra bust on China and Bush even though the DOE loan was DENIED by the Bush administration but revived by Obama and China had nothing to do with Solyndra’s failure.

So, who should we believe? Corrupt ATF managers who have denied gunwalking since day one of the Fast and Furious investigation, or brave whistleblowers who have put their personal lives and careers on the line to get the truth to the American people? – Townhall
