Obama’s apology for the left’s treatment of Vietnam war veterans doesn’t change the fact that Democrats are still the anti-military party.

These subsidies have and continue to enjoy bipartisan support precisely because they benefit both Republicans and Democrats come election time, when they can say they helped create jobs for their district and state. But targeted tax credits and other subsidies are wasteful and economically destructive for four fundamental reasons:

A Romney home run. The teacher unions have ruined education and are bankrupting cities and states while piling millions into Democrat campaigns. One teachers union has actually raised dues to increase support for Obama. Obama is sold out to unions and has publicly said he would make the union agenda America’s agenda.

[Law of the Sea Treaty would] establish control over 70% of the world’s surface; create an international governing institution that would serve as a model for bringing nation states like ours to heel; and redistribute the planet’s wealth and technology from the developed world to themselves.

South Carolina Democrats have fun bashing a Nikki Haley pinata with a baseball bat to cheers of the crowd. Can you imagine the brouhaha if this was a Tea party bash of Obama? Where is the outrage? These union bullies are typical of the left. If they can’t get what they want hey threaten and intimidate and even turn to violence. Just look at the Occupy movement that Obama and the Democrats support. It too is funded and and organized by the unions.

Senator Leahy (D-VT) demanded that Chief Justice Roberts vote to uphold Obamacare while speaking on the senate floor. Leahy is the head of the senate judiciary committee and this is considered a warning shot to the Justices deciding the Healthcare law. What an arrogant prig.

The senate refuses to even vote on a budget. Sen. Hatch explains the disastrous consequences of continuing to ignore record deficits, record spending and record debt along with the monstrous tax increases that will hit Americans Jan. 1, 2013. The continued uncertainty is harming economic growth and job creation.

Illegal aliens can claim more than $4 billion a year in child tax credit for dependents, many of whom don’t even live in the United States. Reid objected to a unanimous consent request to call up and pass legislation that would close this loophole which the Treasury Department’s independent Inspector General for Tax Administration has asked Congress to do in the absence of administrative action.

[V]oting Obama out of office ought to be a no-brainer to anybody who’s not a committed and ideological Big Government socialist. Polls show a huge majority of Americans think the country is on the wrong track. But Obama gets almost none of the blame, and a majority like him. If you were on a sinking ship and the captain stood there saying, “No worries. It never sinks,” how much support would you give this captain?
